- Offering an 8 week introductory judo course every Thursday evening 7:00 – 8:00pm starting Feb 12th.
- Available to ages 14 years old and up. No previous martial arts expereince is needed.

My Judo History
With 28 years of experience in the sport of judo and 20 years as a proud black belt, I’ve dedicated my life to mastering and sharing the art of judo. Throughout my journey, I’ve competed in over 20 tournaments, including provincial qualifiers, Masters-level competitions, and prestigious events like the Canadian Masters (2004, 2005, 2008), World Masters (2005), and the Hatashita International (2006-2008). I firmly believe that through competitive judo, individuals not only push their limits and achieve personal milestones but also grow into stronger, more resilient versions of themselves.
